Weren't we just talking about Copyright Rights and Wrongs and In Betweens ?
In the meantime I must have been unconscious not to have hear that's exactly what's making the news. The Seattle Times among others reports that glass master Dale Chihuly has brought an acutal copyright infringement case to court.
A writer in the Pierce Law blog wonders about more possible infringements, saying:
My friend’s spouse, Alan Ostrander, is a makeup artist. In speaking with him, if another artist likes his work, the other persion only has to change it 10% for it to be considered a new work.
