This image originated with that colorful Iris artistamp designed in early summer 2005. The stamp combined with paper and fibers, created a card which accompanied a feature article for the Stampington Company art magazines.
Here it's reincarnated as a puzzle e-card perfect for Mothers' Day and all sorts of summer occasions.
From a piece or mixed media art, the construction "Pieces of A Love Story" shows it's romantic and vintage nature even in a small format. The rose tones moving into ivory lights, ecrus and gold touches counterpointed with smoky dark tones make this not just a lovely piece to put on the wall but also a lovely piece to enjoy on-screen.
Originally created for Quietfire Designs to celebrate their fifth birthday/anniversary, someone saw this in the Museun of Paper and asked if I could make it available in "real world" postcards too.
