Contributors Needed

If you'd like to play a part in some aspects of this project let me know.

I"ll be looking for submissions starting today.

Needed in the short term are:

  • Product opinions / suggestions with photos
  • Project ideas - with photos
  • Stories - even very short ones - about a group project you and art pals have done
  • Photo re-sizing savvy folks to assist those non-digital people
  • Proofreaders
  • Publicity volunteers willing to "chat up" the MOP / MOPA idea online

If your submission is accompanied by:

  • a short blurb - maybe 100 words or so - about who you are/what you do/your interests or specialties and,
  • a photo of you (don't be shy)

that would be great & it will make things go more smoothly from my end.

And if you're interested in helping with the nuts and bolts - wow - that would be a great help. We'll need everything from doing announcements in groups, to helping to add content to the blog, to resizing images submitted, to proofreading contributors' project instructions.

As I said to a couple of groups, I know that I won't be able to work with all of you, but I hope I can provide exhibit, writing, publicity and/or teaching opportunities for a number of artists over time.

As we ramp up to opening the doors for the Grand Opening, announcements will be found in the Case Notes from the Artsy Asylum Blog
