August First is Blogtipping Day

I love participating in Blogtipping and missed doing it last month. So this time I'm back with three goodies for you,

And I'm not giving any tips mainly because these offerings are so helpful without my  pipsqueak remarks .

Tippee #1:

Loudmouth Man, who I found through my social connector Chris Brogan presents a really insightful video take on Social Networking titled 5 Rules for Social Networks Optimization.

The presentation on Kyte is also accompanied by a chat panel so you can give your feedback.

Tippee #2:

In the Do It Myself Blog Glenda Watson Hyatt shares her experiences living with cerebral palsy to motivate and inspire others to think about how they perceive their own situation and their own world around them.

And she does all this by typing with only her left thumb.

Tippee #3:

Lee Aase writes a fascinating and helpful blog at Thoughts on New Media, News Media and Productivity

In an article about Why Organizations Should Join Facebook Group Land Rush Lee points out something that should have been obvious to me but which I somehow overlooked including this advice on facebook:

"Stake Your Claim, and prevent cyber-squatting. You may not realize how easy it is to create a Facebook group, but a mischievous prankster could create a new group in Facebook with your organization’s name in 90 seconds or less, at no cost."

I encourage you to visit and join the conversation with these interesting people. And think about tipping blogs you think deserve some extra attention.
