I'm So Connected I'm Constipated
This is what happens when Monday rolls around and my brain is still on vacation. Or maybe my head's so full of crap it can't begin to let it all out and onto the page.
Are these signs of blog-writing avoidance?
- Wake up early and can't get back to sleep. Toss. Turn, Snuggle with cat. Sigh. Repeat. Grab laptop & open gmail.
- Look at a slideshow of house for sale near Niagara River with a view of Lake Ontario. Drool.
- Email back and forth with daughter 2 about Lake house, photos and the exact pronunciation of Poutine.
- Sift through friend requests for Pownce. Wish there was a way for people to tell me who they are - how we're connected - something. Leave some hanging until I figure it out
- Eat cold pizza
- Watch Powerpoint Don't Do video. Decide to mail link to spouse. Remember his mail system still thinks I'm spam. Forget that.
- Experiment with photo that daughter 2 sent of herself with daughter 3 plus boyfriends. Successfully post on facebook. Opine that they look a little tipsy.
- Take the cel phone away from the cat
- Try to figure out if I could rent out part of a house "almost" on Lake Ontario to pay the mortgage.
- Gripe that yesterday's blog entry had less readers than the day before when I was on the road & didn't post.
- Consider not posting as potential traffic building strategy
- Listen to podcasts, then back to Matthew Ebel's Virtual Hot Wings
- Swipe CC Chapman's stream of consciousness blog idea
- Get interested immediately when twitter pal BucketCorey posts link to turn text inside out.

So obviously I played until I realized I can't avoid posting to the blog forever. Sooner or later I'm going to show up here. Or Tynan will show up in Second Life.
Until then you can reach me at twitter and Facebook - and maybe I'll even hang in there with Pownce . . . because I have yet to score an invitation to I'm in like with you
(You can't wait to try the backwards text thing can you?).

Love that my blog inspired the post. Sounds like you've had an interesting day
