The Ten Word Review is a maddeningly interesting diversion . .
"Fantastic reviews in exactly ten words – no more, no less"
The description reminds me of a comment made about twitter at some point. Something like: when you're limited to only 140 characters maybe everyone sounds profound.
Though many are hilarious, many ten word reviews can be disappointing. And when they're less than funny or not so insightful, one is tempted to create their own. That's when you're sucked in and tempted to write and rewrite with the goal of producing the perfect entry that others will rate as a favorite.
Think of it as American Idol for Haiku writers
For now I'll stick with twittering where I don't feel pressured for pearls of perfection; just communicating snippets of information in whatever way works at the time.
But for a giggle? When I'm done watching Boston Legal & Dancing With the Stars I'm on my way to the reviews of LOST and Idol on the Ten Word
