Grilled Justice & the Supremes
It's the first week in October, which means that here in the greater Washington DC not only are the Caps back on the ice but our very own "Supremes" are in session too.
Not surprisingly, the artistamp bureau of the imaginary but estimable Empire of Ephemeria,
where they look for any excuse to issue a new commemorative, have come up with not one but two stamps to commemorate the opening of "the Roberts Court" and the confirmation process preceding it. Can a Hockey stamp be too far behind?
Probably not, since I've got the blood of a Great Lakes girl.
As a special freebie for Blog readers, the newest artistamp can be downloaded via the link below.
A half-sheet of each stamp issues have been converted to pdf format. The pdf file is accessible across operating systems - meaning both mac people and windows people can use it. These files were created with Adobe Acrobat 6.0 Professional. The free reader that will let you open, print and save these pdf documents is easy to use.
